About Nicole
I'm Nicole Chuba — an EDS educator and movement therapist dedicated to helping people with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome find safe, effective ways to move and thrive. My practice blends evidence-informed movement therapy with deep education about connective tissue conditions.
Living with a hypermobility spectrum disorder myself, I understand firsthand the frustration of working with providers who don't understand EDS. That's why I built this practice — to be the specialist I needed.
Services
Right now I offer two ways to get started — a free downloadable handbook and spots on the waitlist for my next virtual training session.
A free, comprehensive guide to understanding your hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome — covering movement principles, daily strategies, flare management, and how to advocate for yourself in medical settings.
My next live virtual training session is filling up. Join the waitlist to be first in line when spots open — you'll get early access, details on what's covered, and a special welcome offer.

What the community is saying
"Nicole is the first practitioner who actually understood my hEDS. Her movement approach has completely changed how I relate to my body. Fewer dislocations in 3 months than in the previous year."
"I had given up on exercise because everything I tried made me worse. Nicole's program was the first thing that actually made me feel stronger without crashing. I wish I'd found her years ago."
"The hEDS education content is unlike anything else I've found online. Finally a resource that explains the science in plain language and gives me practical tools I can actually use."
